If you are going to visit this beautiful place, now is the time! The dive sites are empty and you’ll have the ruins or other places you visit all to yourselves.

As a reminder, there is a 900-mile reef just off the coast of Belize and that is the second largest reef in the world. This reef like all of the Caribbean has been invaded by Asian Lion fish. Our dive masters speared several Lion fish and then immediately fed those fish to eels, reef sharks and even a turtle. They are trying to teach the sharks that this fish is food so that these animals can clean the reef of these invaders. If you want to spear them yourself, go ahead hunting season is 365, 24/7.

The only international airport is Belize City and your plane will land there. After passing through customs, you can walk directly into the local airport and catch a flight to your destination. 

Within a few minutes, all you have to do is kick back and pop open a cold beer.
